This notice explains how TC Data Consultants ("we") uses personal information collected through tcdataconsultants.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, subject and message. Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use contact form details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We don't sell or share your information for marketing.

Cookies

This site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which will see your IP address when fonts are downloaded.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for any follow-up business relationship. Server logs are rotated automatically.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing tom.corcoran@tcdataconsultants.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
